To ensure a seamless and personalized experience for every client, the following policies are in place to support both your care and the integrity of the clinic.

Appointments & Cancellations

To ensure a seamless experience for all clients:

• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for any cancellations or rescheduling.

• Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

• No-shows will be charged a $50 fee and may require a deposit to rebook.

Booking Deposits

• A deposit is required to secure all treatment appointments (excluding complimentary consultations).

• Deposits are fully refundable if the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled with more than 24 hours’ notice.

• Deposits are non-refundable within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.

• Deposits are non-transferable to other individuals.

• The deposit will be applied toward your treatment total at your visit.

Late Arrivals

• Please arrive on time to ensure your full treatment.

• Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or may need to be rescheduled.

• Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be considered a no-show.

Refund Policy (Services)

Due to the nature of medical aesthetic treatments:

• All services are final sale and non-refundable.

• Outcomes may vary between individuals and are not guaranteed.

Packages

• Treatment packages are offered at a preferred rate and require payment upfront.

• Packages are non-refundable once any portion has been used.

• Unused portions may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Refreshed by Rachel.

Retail Products

• Unopened and unused products may be returned within 14 days of purchase.

• Opened or used products are final sale, unless deemed defective.

Pricing

• All pricing is subject to change without notice.

• Quotes provided during consultation are valid for 30 days.

Treatment Eligibility

• All treatments are subject to consultation and medical assessment.

• Treatment may be declined if it is not clinically appropriate or safe.

Results & Expectations

• Results vary from person to person.

• Multiple treatments or maintenance may be recommended to achieve optimal outcomes.

• A personalized plan will always be discussed prior to treatment.

Health & Safety

• Please disclose all relevant medical history, medications, and conditions.

• If you are feeling unwell, we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment.

Children & Guests

• To maintain a calm and professional environment, clients are asked to attend appointments alone unless otherwise arranged.
