How long does the appointment take?

Is there any downtime?

Will I look over-filled?

How often should I come in?

You’ll notice a difference right away — but your filler needs a little quiet time to settle in perfectly.
For the first day, avoid touching or massaging the area (tempting, we know). Take a short break from workouts, saunas, and hot yoga for 24–48 hours, and try to sleep with your head slightly elevated the first night. A bit of swelling or tenderness is totally normal. A cool compress can help things calm down.
Your results will refine over the next week or two as everything softens into place. From there, enjoy your refreshed look for anywhere between 6 and 18 months, depending on the area treated.
